We have been working in partnership with the City of Melbourne team to help ensure that all participants maximise their Open Innovation Competition experience and have help to develop a winning pitch.
The most common challenges for many startups when they are pitching is how to ensure you clearly explain what you do, who you do it for and why you are better than the competition.
This program will help you stand out from the crowd by focusing on how to develop your Unique Value Proposition (UVP) and creating a pitch that explains your UVP in a compelling and engaging way. You will be equipped to clearly define the problem and how you solve it.
The Pitch Training Program consists of five online modules that have been designed to be as manageable as possible in your busy schedules.
During each module you will be able to watch short videos and complete tasks to help you develop and consolidate your strategy and messaging into a coherent and effective UVP. This learning management system works well as a web app so you can watch videos on the go.
In addition, you will get extra mentoring from mentors including our own Phil Ore (co-founder of Marketing Entourage and pitch mentor for StartupVic) at the allocated times.
