This isn't a typical workshop.

Where most AI workshops focus on tools, trends, or specific use cases (how-to social media, for example), which may work for a time but can quickly become irrelevant to you, this workshop focuses on you and your business to identify exactly what you can focus on to reach your goals.

This is an exciting time. We now have access to more knowledge than ever before. What was once only developed by large teams, the ability to analyse, draft, plan, synthesise, research and respond, is now available to teams of one, five or twenty. 

But the question is not whether you are using it (to make things like social media content, marketing automations or to ask advice) it's whether you're leading it.

This workshop is for small business leaders who want to integrate AI with intention and start getting real results for their business.

You will work through a structured and comprehensive diagnostic to identify the most relevant AI opportunities for your business, based on your growth stage, goals, current capability, and resources. With guidance throughout, you will refine your thinking and leave with a clear plan and the confidence and momentum to continue to act on it.

This online version of our in-person workshop is great for those who have some idea of what they want to achieve and would benefit from an outline of their opportunities, help with prioritisation and some guidance to get started. It is shorter in duration with no scheduled breaks. The session is recorded.
